With over 15 years in the beauty industry, Johanna is passionate about helping women look and feel their most confident. Her journey began in 2010 as a makeup artist and expanding her craft by graduating from Paul Mitchell in 2013 fusing her love for hair and makeup into a thriving career. Shortly after, Johanna launched She Laughs Hair & Makeup, an award-winning bridal beauty company recognized throughout the South for its exceptional artistry. In 2018 she shifted her focus to luxury salon services, becoming certified in four advanced hair extension methods including IBE, Habit and Great Lengths. Now the founder and lead stylist at The Blonde Collective in Mandeville, La she has expanded and opened a second location in Franklin, TN. Johanna specializes in luxury hair extensions and custom hair along with knowledge in hair textures. She is committed to scalp health, personalized transformations and to elevating her skills through ongoing education.
